Since Christmas comes in the middle of the summer in Australia, the usual meal is often salads and cole meatss.  There are still those traditionalist  that have roast meats and baked vegetables. Regardless of whether they have hot or cold entries thay love the pudding.  The plum pudding is made for six hours!!!

 

The children make goldrush (it's bread) then they put a coin in it. Whoever finds the coin has good luck all year!!!
